Amanda

Amanda is a Worship Leader and oversees all the digital content for theCross. 

Amanda grew up in South Africa until she was 13, when her family moved to the States. She attended Eustis High School and then went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

In 2021, she served as the Youth Pastor Assistant, and in August 2022, she served as the Interim Communications Director. She has also been serving on the worship team since 2021 and has been part of TC Youth worship since 2022.

Amanda also worked as a Provider Consultant at Select Physicians Associates in 2022.

Throughout these years of serving the church, Amanda realized her call to ministry, and in 2023 she quit her job and became a full-time intern at theCross. In 2024, she was brought on staff as the Digital Content Manager and Worship leader.

 Amanda met her husband, Sheldon, in 2021 and they married in December of 2023. In her free time, Amanda loves to spend time with her family. If she’s not with her family, you can probably find her curled up with a book, playing tennis, or at the beach.
